Please read these policies carefully. The spa policies apply to all visitors and others who wish to access any spa services. We encourage you to leave valuables at home. • Gift certificates are redeemable only when presented at time of service. • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards. • Prices are subject to change. Correct service prices will be listed on our website. Spa appointments are guaranteed with a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged in advance for your booked appointment. Storing a card on file is to ensure your appointment is secure and to protect the business from lost revenue due to a Late Cancellation or No Show. 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for the time your appointment was reserved. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines. No Shows If you fail to show up for your appointment, without notification, you will be charged the listed amount for the missed appointment. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines. Late Arrivals We require all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients who arrive on time. You will receive the remaining time of your service. Your service price will not be reduced because you are late. If you arrive too late to receive any treatment time, this will be treated as a No Show, and you will be charged the corresponding fee for the service missed. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well.
