Each package blends rejuvenating facial care, detoxifying wraps, and Brazilian lymphatic sculpting for visible transformation and deep relaxation. Clients enjoy a serene, exclusive environment crafted to enhance connection, beauty, and wellbeing. To maintain the highest level of privacy and personalized service, all parties must be reserved in advance by calling Ellevate Spa directly. Early booking is strongly recommended for groups and special occasions. To complement your experience, water is provided for all guests. You may enhance your private event by selecting one of our curated snack presentations: Optional: Snack Option 1: Dip & Chips Snack Option 2: Fruits & Dip & Chips Snack Option 3: Fruit, Dip & Chips & Charcuterie Board Option 1 — ( 2 hours) This signature combination provides a powerful head-to-toe reset. Includes: • 30-minute Express Facial • 30-minute Body Wrap • 60-minute Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage for sculpting and inch loss Ideal for pre-wedding radiance, bridal party preparation, or a private group seeking a transformative and restorative experience. Option 2 — ( 1 hour 30 minutes) A refined pairing of facial renewal and full-body sculpting. Includes: • 30-minute Facial • 60-minute Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Ideal for bridesmaids, pre-event preparation, or guests who want a balanced blend of glow and contouring without a body wrap. Option 3 — (1 hour) A restorative combination focused on hydration, smoothing, and detoxifying renewal. Cancellation Policy
Please read these policies carefully. The spa policies apply to all visitors and others who wish to access any spa services. By accessing or using the services you agree to these policies. • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We encourage you to leave valuables at home. • Gift certificates are redeemable only when presented at time of service. • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards. • Prices are subject to change. Correct service prices will be listed on our website. Spa appointments are guaranteed with a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged in advance for your booked appointment. Storing a card on file is to ensure your appointment is secure and to protect the business from lost revenue due to a Late Cancellation or No Show. 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for the time your appointment was reserved. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines. No Shows If you fail to show up for your appointment, without notification, you will be charged the listed amount for the missed appointment. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines. Late Arrivals We require all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients who arrive on time. You will receive the remaining time of your service. Your service price will not be reduced because you are late. If you arrive too late to receive any treatment time, this will be treated as a No Show, and you will be charged the corresponding fee for the service missed. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
